Prophecies to Factions Boat help :) - Guild Wars Forums

Hello all, I decided I want to change my secondary and I am trying to get to the Changer guy. I try to get to different outposts and I can't doors are locked. I come to find out that I need to do ALL the missions. According to GWWiki I cannot access any of them.

Is there any easier way to change my secondary or find some site that lists the quests I need to do to get in?

You need to cover your characters home lands version of ascension/closer to the stars, Which if prophecies is your characters home it would be ascending. Untill you do that NO WHERE you travel will let you change secondarys

and check GWwiki they have a complete list of missions required. I'm sure its as simple as a run to Amnoon then the 3 ascension missions.

Actually, he can ascend in Factions should he choose but he'll have to do the quests and missions up to it, he can't simply be run there.

Nope, tehy recently changed it apparently as i had this issue with my new Warrior...

You have to ascend in the homeland of your character (desert for prophecies, Naphui Quatre for Factions, Command post for nightfall), but once done you can just goto the changer in Senji's Corner or the command post to change

If your from prophecies it will be easier to get to the PvP profession changer, in prophs your required to do a mission, so ascend and them jump battle isles
